个人简介
陈于平,副研究员,硕士生导师,省部级青年人才。2012年毕业于中国农业大学生命科学理科试验班,2018年于美国纽约州立大学石溪分校获得遗传学博士学位,在斯坦福大学医学院完成博士后训练。主要研究方向:以非洲爪蟾卵提取物、酵母为模型结合哺乳动物细胞探究1)生物大分子浓度和细胞周期的协同作用;2)细胞尺寸控制机制;3)胞质物理性质(粘度、拥挤度、酸碱度)对细胞生理的影响及其稳态成因。发现多基因差异表达决定真核细胞的稳态尺寸;蛋白质翻译过程在胞内属于扩散受限反应;蛋白质翻译和降解对胞质粘度的差异性响应可能导致自发的蛋白质浓度稳态。发表论文8篇。
